Bridgend Employer Support Training available for businesses

A new programme is available to businesses across Bridgend County Borough to offer support and strength to your workforce.

Bridgend Employer Support Training (BEST) is a new Employability Bridgend scheme being offered to Bridgend businesses to simplify the recruitment process and help residents get into work.

The programme will involve:

• A two-week work trail, where businesses can trial potential employees in a real working environment
• Pre-employment and in-work training
• Access to tailored training packages for all job starts
• Free Recruitment support from the BEST team
• Six months of tailored in-work mentoring
• Ongoing personalised support for your employees

There is no cost or commitment to the scheme and the BEST team will be on hand to guide you and your employee through every step.
