24-year old single mum Jodie is single-handedly conducting a management buyout of independent retailer H&C Fine Foods, a delicatessen and bakery in Porthcawl town centre.
Jodie began working at H&C when she was just 16-years old and has worked her way up to store supervisor over the years.
With the mentoring and support of the current owners, Jodie is taking the successful 12-year old established business into its next phase of growth and development, with new ideas, a new passion and an invigorated take on what it means to trade on the high street.
