Applications for an exciting development programme being run by Chwarae Teg are now open to women across Bridgend County Borough.
‘Step to Non-Exec’ is a 12 month development programme designed to help women of all ages and backgrounds build the confidence and skills needed to achieve a first board position within a company.
With only eight of the UK’s top 100 companies having women CEOs, none of them women of colour, women of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to apply for the programme.
The project is set to run from October 2022 to October 2023.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on Wednesday 31 August 2022.
