Our programme, part-funded by The European Social Fund, aims to improve workplace well-being through delivering bespoke workplace health programmes, low level physical activity and helping connect employees with outdoor green spaces. We can deliver activities and sessions such as walking sports (football, rugby and netball), walking groups, exercise classes (e.g. Boxfit and circuits), team building activities, company sports days and events, nutrition workshops, employee health assessments and stop smoking support.
