Green Top Events come to Bridgend County Borough

A new street market has launched in Bridgend County Borough.

Green Top Events, who are based in Newport, have brought their artisan food, craft and gift markets to Bridgend and Porthcawl, after successfully seeking permission from Bridgend Council.

Many local businesses will be hosting stalls on the street market and will allow residents to support their local town centre.

The Bridgend Markets will be taking place every fourth Saturday of each month and on the following three Thursdays (between the hours of 10am and 4pm):

• 9 June
• 14 July
• 11 August

The Porthcawl Markets will be taking place every third Friday of the month and will also run on the first Friday of the month from May to September. These will take place between the hours of 11am and 3pm.
