Heronston Hotel and Spa achieves AA 4-star rating

Best Western Heronston Hotel and Spa has been awarded an AA 4-star rating, following an overnight visit by an AA Hotel Inspector.

The hotel’s new rating follows a multi-million pound refurbishment in 2023 and numerous awards presented to the spa team.

The inspector’s comments highlighted the high-quality bedrooms on offer and the friendly, proactive approach by the hotel’s team. They also noted that the hotel maintains a high standard of service for all guests and is a popular location for all walks of life.

The AA 4-star rating has come into place with an AA Merit score of 73%.
