We provide advice, support and management to businesses, public sector bodies, Government and the third sector on the development and implementation of environment and sustainability related strategies and policies. Our services include: •Environment and sustainability strategy development and implementation •Behavioural change and communications consultancy, including training and capacity building •Expert technical consultancy, including resource efficiency, carbon management, waste management and energy consultancy •Programme and project management, implementation and evaluation We are led by two directors who have a total of over 50 years experience between them of working in the environment and sustainability business sector providing technical, strategic and advisory support to a wide range of organisations having worked throughout the world. We come with: •An extensive knowledge of environment and sustainability issues and proven delivery track record to both public and private sector organisations. •A willingness to lead bids in partnership with other small companies to provide the capacity and range of skills to tender for larger projects. •Extensive experience of managing both large and small consultancy projects to both time and budget. Our approach is to: •Tailor our solutions and our project teams to client requirements •Only provide practical solutions based on good practice and sound economics •Only use senior professionals with significant experience relevant to each project •Embed sustainability in our own organisation to give all staff day-to-day experience of applying sustainable principles We will achieve this by: •Providing evidence based sustainable solutions to our clients that create a practical platform to embed environmental best practice throughout our clients’ activities. •Providing advice, support and guidance to our clients in implementing culture change that is environmentally, economically and socially robust. •Developing expert teams from in-house staff and external associates, spanning technical and behaviour change disciplines, to meet the specific needs of each client. •Providing an inclusive and rewarding working environment for our colleagues. •Working in partnership to make client organisations in the private and public sector across the UK more sustainable.
