PopUp Wales have been celebrating the success of The PopUp Space on Adare Street in Bridgend town centre, which recently opened its doors. The initiative, launched by Urban Foundry, have been running alongside The Social Enterprise Programme organised by Cwmpas.
The space was secured as a meanwhile space to support local businesses through free shop space, workshops and activities. The most recent event includes the successful Enfys Art exhibition which is open until Saturday 11 May.
The project opened the doors of this empty shop in the heart of Bridgend, improving town centre perception, and increasing footfall. PopUp Wales are currently looking for a permanent tenant to take over the space; if you are interested, email info@popupwales.com for more information.
