Age at Work Wales launches for businesses

The Age at Work Wales programme has now launched across the country.

The Wales Age at Work programme supports employers to recruit, retain and train older workers as part of a multi-generational workforce.  With over a third of the current workforce being aged over 50, the programme will allow businesses to help support their older employers and help them to thrive within the workplace.

The programme is completely free to sign up and includes:

• Access to a learning network that meets on a monthly basis
• Business reviews
• Employer toolkits
• Mid-career review webinars
