Businesses encouraged to apply for a place at upcoming marine energy event

The Welsh Government are offering businesses in Bridgend County Borough a place to participate in an upcoming marine energy event.

The International Conference on Ocean Energy (ICOE) and Ocean Energy Europe will be co-hosting the largest network of ocean energy professionals in the world, taking place between the 18 and 20 October in San Sebastián, Spain.

The programme will be a mixture of cross-cutting research and development plus moving to industrial scale deployment and can provide businesses with the opportunity to showcase their company, gain valuable contacts and build exports in this sector.

The Welsh Government is currently offering places to Welsh-based companies looking to participate in ICOE / Ocean Energy Europe’s conference, which involves support with two different packages, that include delegate passes, accommodation, flights and more.

Applications for the packages will close on Friday 29 July 2022.
