Innovation Loans Future Economy Competition

Innovate UK are offering up to £25 million in loans to micro, small and medium sized enterprises who are building future economy focused projects.

The competition is in its fifth and final stage of applications and the loans are particularly focused on businesses who are bringing future economy focused projects.

Businesses must meet the following set of criteria:

• You must need public funding
• You can cover interest payments
• You will be able to repay the loan on time

Your project must lead to new products, processes or services that are significantly ahead of others currently available or propose an innovative use of existing products, processes or services.

Applications for the loans will close on Wednesday 14 September.

Successful applicants will be notified in November 2022, with projects starting in January 2023.
