New industrial units being built in Pencoed

Construction work has begun on 18 new units based in Pencoed Technology Park as part of a new scheme.

FABCO Holdings are overseeing the new units being built, which will be in five self-contained terraces at Felindre Court, with completion due by September 2022.

The developers are designing the new units with a target of an A energy efficiency rating and will also feature electric vehicle charging points.

The new units will help to bring new and existing businesses to Bridgend County Borough and a second phase of units are being considered for construction.
