Recruitment program available for graduates

Venture Graduates are offering a free graduate recruitment and development service to help link graduates with businesses across South Wales.

The programme is focused on giving university graduates a start to their chosen career and the ability to enhance their professional development. Businesses and graduates can sign up to the 12-month programme and will allow for graduates to start their careers and help businesses grow and flourish.

The programme for employers includes:

• A professional recruitment services, specifically tailored to your chosen job role
• Expert advice and professional support
• Ongoing contact, events and wellbeing support for graduate employees
• Access to a wide talent pool through partnerships with universities
• Opportunities to access a global network of entrepreneurs and industry experts

In order to be eligible for the programme, businesses must be based in the Cardiff Capital Region, be available to recruit a graduate for the first time and based in the private, public or non-for-profit sector.

Over 100 graduates have been appointed through this scheme, with 85% of the roles made permanent after the programme’s completion.
