Town Centre Property Index available for businesses

Are you looking to purchase a property for your business? The Town Centre Property Index is available for businesses to view.

The council’s Town Centre Property Index lists properties for sale or to let in the three main town centres of Bridgend, Porthcawl and Maesteg. The index shows the agents contact details and lists some information about the properties which the agents have supplied. There is also a photo for each property and a map showing its location.

You can filter down your search depending on what tenure you are looking for, the dimensions of properties and when they were recently added to the index.

To access the index, visit the business pages on the council’s website, the index can be found in the ‘Town Centre’ section.
